Synchronize Model with Data Dictionary ?

Hi,

I am very interested in using the "Synchronize Model with Data Dictionary" feature, however the two buttons that appear (looking like this => and <=) do not do anything. It was the same in Early Adopter 2.
Am I doing something wrong or has this feature not been implemented yet ?

I am using 3.1 EA3 (Version 3.1.0.691 build 691 with java 1.6.0_29) on a Mac with OSX Intel 10.6.8
