SYNCHRONIZE issue

hi,

I do not understand what SYNCHRONIZE is for in forms. After reading documentation I tried to code an exaple to see how it works. But I did not cope with it.
Could anybody give me an easy example of code which shows how form works with and without SYNCHRONIZE....
