Synch MDS back to JDeveloper

Here's my scenario:

1) I developed my BPM project in JDeveloper.
2) I published it to MDS so it could be edited using Composer.
3) changes were made in Composer and then published to MDS.

What I cannot figure out is how I get the latest changes (that were just published into MDS) back into my project in JDeveloper.
