sybase to mysql migration

Hello ,

Myself oracle dba, worked on Sybase 10 years before. Now Got requirement to migrate Sybase ASE 15.5 to SQL server 2016. Kindly help me for the technical aspect of costing

1) what is the best way to migrate ASE 15.5 to SQL server 2016

Give me some url to help so that I can go through

2) what will be costing involved for each options that you suggest ( ASE 15.5 to SQL server 2016)
