Switchover for Rac One Node

Here is the configuration -

11g RAC One node on ODA.

11g Physical standby RAC One on another ODA.

How to do switchover?

1. alter database commit to switchover to physical standby with session shutdown; on the primary ODA instance

2. alter database commit to switchover to primary WITH SESSION SHUTDOWN; on the standby ODA

Would this work?
