Switch language in APEX

Hi,

I have a problem in translating an application:
I have two applications A and B

When I call my two application A and B from the menu that this translation is very well en-ca ==> en-us (following the language of a store I set FSP_LANGUAGE_PREFERENCE with en-ca or en-us .)

But when I call application B from A is always in french even if FSP_LANGUAGE_PREFERENCE = en-us.

Could you help me ?
