Swipe machine integration with Oracle APEX?

Hi Team,

Oracle APEX 5.0.4

Database 12C

I have been asked for POC of integrating credit card swipe machine with Oracle APEX, so the logic is whenever credit card is swiped at system, it should read the contents of credit card, process the payment, and return the transaction number and bill back to the machine.

Is it possible with Oracle APEX, or should i ask the company to move this to dot net instead of APEX?
