Swing to SWT

Greetings!!!

We have a swing application which we would like to port it to the SWT frame work. Request you to please suggest us any tools which could be used to convert the swing application to the SWT Framework or port the same into SWT Framework.

Incase there are no tools available, is there any other way like an step by step approach to converting a swing application to SWT architecture.
Any articles or documents on the same would be of immense help.
