SVN error: Working model locked?

Using 4.0.2 and getting this error:

svn: E155004: Commit failed (details follow): svn: E155004: Working copy 'C:\Users\ezmkoru\Documents\Data Models\Versioned_Models\MSHEDW' locked svn: E155004: 'C:\Users\ezmkoru\Documents\Data Models\Versioned_Models\MSHEDW\MSH EDW\domains' is already locked.

Now I can not get anything to save to SVN. The working directory is on my machine, used only by me. When I last saved a copy and then committed the change to SVN, it was fine. That was a few weeks ago. Any suggestions on how to fix this without starting a new trunk in SVN?
