SVG and other format image files upload and download

Hi,

I need to create a form to upload all kinds of format image files, such as SVG, PNG, GIF, etc., display the image files in a table and provide links in the table for user to download.

I revised the example code of a file uploading and downloading... it works for all image files except SVG. Can you give me some comments on SVG uploading, displaying and downloading?

BTW, my browser is SVG-enable.
