We have been asked to provide a survey application for the business and I thought what better place to start than the survey builder packaged application. However on our on-premise apex environment (Application Express 5.1.2.00.09) the 'Preview' button doesn't do anything?
It should be noted that I did receive the following error 'Supporting Objects Install Error' when installing the packaged application. However I can run the application.
I have seen the following discussion: survey builder packaged app, buttons not working but this refers to the '+ Question','+ Answer' and '+ Section' buttons which are all working for me.
Next I thought I'd try it on apex.oracle.com just to see what it should look like but I hit more installation problems again starting with 'Supporting Objects Install Error' which when you scroll down displays:
And then when attempting to run the application it fails with a similar error:
I realise there are a few questions in here, really I would just like to see the Survey Builder application working
