Survey Builder - Apex.Session.Expired after Submit survey?

In apex.oracle.com SB works fine. In our apex instance works fine until the respondent submits the survey (page 100).

When respondent submits the survey, Ajax Callbacks are not processed and in the Administration / Application Error Log appears the message APEX.SESSION.EXPIRED from PAGE 100.

The original application setting has not been changed. We run on Application Express 5.1.1.00.08

How to find and fix the cause?
