Supress unwanted java and security pop ups - forms 11g

hi,

on loading forms 11g..

i am getting a series of pop ups every time when a user open his forms which is annoying to user.

i would like to know how to suppress all these pop ups.

once click on RUN next screen appears

when loading form with webutil library attached.
