Support for Oracle Golden Gate new Microservices architecture

We use Oracle Golden Gate for other replication needs within our enterprise. Oracle Golden Gate now supports a microservices architecture in the latest version of the product. We also want the version used within OUAW to support this new Golden Gate architecture.
