Supplemental Data Manager pull FCCS Balances

User_BXAOIJul 13 2020

Hi all,

We are experimenting with Supplemental Data Manager (SDM) in our FCCS environment and hoping you can help us resolve a couple of roadblocks we've encountered.

  1. Is there a way to pull in FCCS balances to a SDM input form?

For example, we would like to have users submit their PPE rollforwards in SDM and would like the SDM form to populate opening balances for each asset class (Land, Equipment, etc.) from FCCS for the user's reference. It seems counter-intuitive that we would need to resubmit all opening balances in SDM when we could just pull them from our FCCS balances.

See below, as we would want to pull in the balances in the area shown for the user to have a reference point for each asset class:pastedImage_4.png

  1. How do we set up Drill-through for a Supplemental Data data point? We saw this feature was available in one of the demo videos, but are unable to set it up ourselves. Essentially, if a data point was created through SDM and sent to FCCS, we would want the user to be able to right click on the specific cell and drill through back to the SDM form where that data was built up.

  1. In the screenshot from question 1, how do we edit colors for the SDM form? We have not seen any options for this.

Thank you all in advance for any piece of advice you can give!
