sunfire x4200 won't enter bios or boot.

I bought a second hand sunfire x4200 server. I cannot get into bios. I press F2 during post but just hangs after finding USB devices. I can do a warm reboot from there. If I leave it to boot on its own it gets to the same point. The machine has 4 sas drives that I have created an array with.

I have tried to connect to the management console via db9 to cat cable converter.
