SUNBlade 150 No Display at Startup

I just got a SunBlade 150 from work, and we have a whole bunch of these with the same issue. When you start them up, there is no display to the monitor. There is a PCI video card installed, so I tried with that with no luck. Then I tried taking out the PCI card to try the onboard video, still no luck. If anyone can please help me, that would be a lot of help. Thanks
