sun ultra sparc 5 " data access error"

Hello,

I have a workstation Sun Ultra 5 , with Solaris Installed
When I turn on the machines the screen opens for a second and than blinks, the machines does not boot.
I have connected a serial com to see what happens when I turn it on, and what I get is "data access error".

Since i'm not familiar with sun workstations, any help will be appreciated.
