Sun Sunfire V480 problem

Hi everyone.

I recently bought a used sun sunfire v480 & im unable to access it with serial connection. I have a cisco rj45 to db9 blue cable, a netra rj45 to db9 adapter, cross & patch cable but im not able to connect using putty or securecrt with 9600 baud 8N1. nothing appear on my screen. I tried removing the rsc card & connect directly to the onboard serial port. theres a solution, a reset jumper or something that will left me go into serial connection to activate the vga card & install an os on the hdd that i recently bought. Theres step to follow...

I really need help.
