Sun Storedge L9 command utility, need to load and unload tapes.

I am looking for a utility that will unload, and reload an L9 Sun storedge.
I found:

This utility has some calls that either we don't have, or I can't find:
loadmedia.cgi
inloadmedia.cgi

Am I setting this up incorrectly?

Where is this stuff supposed to be?

I am running on a sun ulta-5, Solaris 8.
