SUN SPARK T3-2 CPU led amber and server not booting

Hi Team, We have SUN SPARKT3-2 model server. we facing Server not booting and CPU LED glowing amber.

We replaced the CPU still the issue not resolved. kindly suggest troubleshooting steps.

Not able to access SP. console port accessing but we dont find CPU related logs.

When we connect a display monitor there is no display.

Kindly anyone help us to resolve the issue.
