Sun Server Support

Hi,

we Brought 5 sun server X4170 and when i check the CSI number it on my dealer Name , when i ask my dealer they told support always will be in dealer name . Is it corrcet ? coz i cant add that to my oracle support account since Organisation name is different .

Kindly advise .
