Sun's ONE Studio 7 - Forte C++ replacement[?]

Sun has a new compiler product offering, "ONE Studio 7" [see link, below] and I would like to know:

(1) Why does my current [<1year] Forte license not entitle me to a free upgrade?
(2) What impact does this new product have on this forum? Will a new forum be created?
(3) What feature(s) do(es) ONE studo 7 offer that would be unavailable with the next release of Forte C++?
