Sun Ray Use Lizenzen

We have built a Sun Ray environment with two Sun Ray Sever.

For the Sun Ray we have 40 NUP licenses. Not all users who have access to the systems that use Sun Ray technology.
How can we check that the unauthorized users to use the Sun Ray server?
