Sun One Webserver 6.0 SP6, ColdFusion MX and Win2k

I am having an issue running the Sun One webserver 6.0 SP6 with ColdFusion MX 6.1 on a Win2000 server.

The webserver will stop taking connections at different times of the day. It will suspend itself at different times of the day. If you restart the webserver, its fine.

Is anyone else having issues keeping their webserver running?

Are there any patches or updates that need to be applied? I have looked around and I can't seem to find any.
