Since there is no dedicated forum for Sun Java Mobile Communications, I go for the closest thing. :o)
We recently purchased Sun Java Mobile Communications, but we did not receive any serial key, so I sent an email to globalspecials-support@sun.com (listed in the order confirmation email).
The reply I got back was a bit mystifying...

We was told the vendor has retired this product, and doesn't appear to have had serial numbers loaded in the first place. Please contact the vendor customer support with your request. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
Now, trying to contact sun here in Norway has been futile. After being given the runaround on phone, I've tried email several times without any other response than the automated

We never got any support-contract, even though we purchased Mobile comms with support, so we can't ask there either...
I assume a lot of this is because Sun is being incorporated into Oracle...
So, I come to this forum. Can anyone tell me what's going on with Sun Java Mobile Communications? What have we purchased? Could we just have continued using the trial version? Is there no support? The updates for phone provisioning++ don't work?
