Sun Fire V240 Falash update failed and server can't boot

Hi all
i installed Solaris 10 in V240 Server and installed latest patches and every thing was working fine. after that i downloaded the latest flash update and did the the update process. it start fine after that the server shutdown and didn't boot. it boot only to ALOM user name i don't have the password for admin user. i tried to reset Jp12 and remove the battery but nothing changed even it didn't get to ok prompt or sc> prompt
now the server is completly down.
