Sun Fire v210, not passing POST.

I inherited a v210 from a friend, and it fails to boot. When I turn it on, I get this:

I'm guessing the motherboard is dead, but I'd like to rule out any other possibilities before I search for a replacement. I've verified the CPU speed, verified the CPU jumpers, etc. Interestingly, I removed the battery for a couple of days to reset the ALOM password, and now it seems as though the ALOM won't come up at all. Would I have to somehow boot into solaris and flash the ALOM again?

I don't get any prompt / warning / anything if I run with only a single CPU or with no CPUs.
