Sun Enterprise 250 server boot and display problem

Hi,

I am having SunEnterprise 250 server. The AMC has expired.
When i start or poweron the server, the server is starting but nothing is being displayed on the monitor.
I can see the power leds glow, on hard disk, CDROM, motherboard.
no signal of any misfunction. But nothing is being displayed on the screeen. Actually the sun orginal monitor was not working, so we replaced with normal monitor(samsung, LG). Initially it did display, but recently when we replaced the keyboard, from then it is not displying anything, i am not able to confirm wether it is boot(OS) problem or display problem.
I had done all kinds of trouble shooting, changed nearly 4 monitors, changed the display cards and cables, booting with CD, etc..
But nothing worked.

I am completely in mess.. please help me out.

Any kind of help is highly appreciated.
