Sun Enterprise 220R output issue :S

Hey this is my first sun server and im having a bit of a problem :/.

I can't seem to get any output in hyperterminal from this sun 220R from any of the serial ports on the back.

Just incase im doing something Very noob heres a picture of how I have it hooked up.

It goes from the usb to serial converter to a adapter then into the machine.

Ive tryed all 3 of the serial ports and none have given me any output, Thanks.

Also I know this usb to serial adapter is good as I can administrate my 3com modem with it.
