Sun e450 reboot problems

Hi All,

I have a Sun e450, a Wyse terminal (which I've never used before) and Sun key boards.

Our e450 went down last night and I can't get it back up. It will respond to pings but will not let us telnet or ssh in. There is a parrallel port with parallel - RJ45 but I have been unable to get in using tip.

If anyone could give me any help on how to connect / console in, I would very much appreciate it.
