Sun E450 install problem - nvram / divison by zero

807559Jul 24 2003 — edited Jul 26 2003
Hi,

i've bought an old Sun E450 and had to replace the NVRAM chip. Unfortunately the "battery is low"-Warning hasn't disappeared yet. Anyway, i try to install Solaris 8 and run into "Division by Zero"-Errors immediately after a "boot cdrom". Can anybody tell me, if this is a hardware problem or if i'm just too stupid to install? Screen output is below...

Thanks,
Johannes
