Summary Section in a ADF dashboard

Hi Team ,

I am new to ADF development and I am trying to Create an Interactive Dashboard.The Dashboard should have a summary section which should look like below :

Can anyone suggest any tutorial/Documentation to achieve similar design?

Do we need to create any skin? We are using Alta (tablet First) Template for the dashboard.
