I would like to give a suggestion for SQL Developer.
In Database difference, when i finish to execute the difference and i make all needed corrections in reported objects, i need to take another database difference and select all settings and objects again:
My suggestion is to add an option to reexecute the database difference with the same objects and settings used on the previous execution
