suggestion required on SAP HR trusted recon!!!

Hi everyone,
My trusted source is SAP HR. I have to do the following tasks

1: When loading users from SAP HR to OIM i have to prepare userid based on their firstname & lastname(i have to compute check for duplicates and then prepare one unique id) How and where can this be done?
2: When user's dept is changed in SAP HR we need to deprovision some of his resources assigned in OIM. How do i process this in OIM?
