You should show some love to your Linux fans by adding the GTK theme from JDeveloper 12.2 to SQL Developer4.x. I know a bunch of Linux user just in my department that would really appreciate it. I know at least 7 of our 25 developers would really enjoy it.
I'm actually kind of surprised that your Linux user base is only about 5% of all users. Most if not all the Java developers I know use it and most of them run Linux in order to have their development environments be as similar to their production environments as possible.
