Suggest me to develop ticketing tool
Hi All,
sorry if am pasting this thread in wrong place.
My requirement is daily we will receive some tickets. we will look into those tickets and solve those issues and submit the status to the client as " this is completed successfully".
The person who has resolved that ticket he aware of it how to resolve if he got the same ticket next time. But in some cases the particular person is not available. if that time we got the same issue from the client it will take more time to resolve the issue. so if we paste the steps how to resolve (when the person is resolved) it would be very helpful in such cases.
and one more is if got the same issue after 1 month it is very difficult to find out is there any ticket related to the same issue we faced earlier? for that we need to create if the ticket name starts with "xxxx" it should retrieve the old ticket. so it contains the resolution steps.
This is my requirement. so can any one guide me how to do the above task which will save the time and resolve the issue without any mistakes.
