Suddenly, Query not running fine

Hi,

I am working as a DBA on production database. Last week i have shutdown and start up the database. After that ...

One of the Query/job taking a long time execute. I have gone through few documents to resolve this issue. but no luck.

Any one please suggest, how to approach to resolve this issue/these type of issues. I can't take a decision to modify queris or indexes because upto last week same query was running fine.

Please suggest how to approach for these of type of issues.
