We are experiencing an issue during our first few days of forecasting cycle when we have a lot of users in the system.
We have a ruleset attached to a form and the rule is designed to “Run On Save” and user after making changes to Employee properties, click on Save. The rule set calculates based on the changes made.
We are experiencing an issue where in the Job Console, the rule set shows that the calculation has completed in 20seconds but the Information screen that the data has been saved and the rule has been run successfully takes more than 5 mins to show up based on the number of users running the calculations at the same time
Has anybody experienced any similar issues?
