Subtracting Dates

Hi

I am subtracting two dates to get the number of days in service:

trunc((((86400*(sysdate-p.effective_start_date))/60)/60)/24) "No of Days of Service",

I would like to do the same and calculate this in number of years as well?

Can anyone help with the SQL?
