i am using apex 5.1.1 on oracle 12c database with windows environment.

i am following this tutorial

How To Create a Master-Detail PDF Report

i cant see Submit Page and Redirect to URL option in apex 5.1.1 as discussed in the below line

For Action, select Submit Page and Redirect to URL and click Next >.  The page needs to be submitted so that the details of the order will be written to session state and then available to your report. 

so i select Redirect to URL, but the page is throwing the following error

Error occurred while painting error page: ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

i think the page is not submitting, as discussed in the tutorial

The page needs to be submitted so that the details of the order will be

how could i fix this issue?
