Curious if any other GC's run into this issue. We collect waivers in arrears, so we do not require supplier waivers for a subcontractors first payment. We realized this may be an issue for subcontractors that are invoicing a large amount of their subcontract on the first pay app. For example, steel or roofing subcontractors. They may bill for 75% of their subcontract value on the first pay application, which we would generally pay with no supplier waivers. We realize this puts us at a risk and are looking to prevent this issue moving forward. Is there an option in Textura to have a prime sub payment hold for missing current period waivers only for select contracts?
