Subclassing issue in Forms 10g - is there any default path?

Hi,

is there any default path setting for template form from where another form can inherit property. I have a FMB file that will be used as a common template file. This file will be used for inheritance. Currently template form's property are not inherited in any new forms.

Can anyone please help.
