stunnel question?

Hi looked into below link:-

Into the link I was able to complete the process upto Here I use port 1925 on my localhost (unused as far as I know) to connect to smtp.gmail.com

I also started Stunnel.exe, but now I don't know how to perform test the configuration, where should I type "telnet localhost 1925", I'm typing under cmd but it's giving me error as "telnet not recognized.........." can anybody elaborate litte bit more, how to perform test so that I can recieve successfull message as *220 mx.google.com ESMTP 5sm18031572eyh.34*
