Stuck Thread in Planning

Hi experts

In my current installation, i find myself occasionally having stuck threads reported in planning0 managed server. What are the causes? and ways to prevent this from happening, and how to remedy this without recycling the managed server.

What are the impact of a stuck thread?

Planning 11.1.2.3.500
