Stuck on 90% during installation of solaris 11.3

Hi there,

I had a problem to install Oracle Solaris 11.3 on our new server. The install cd boots without problem, i can go through the wizard and start the installation, but

the text installer aways stuck in "Transfering contents 90%" and go not further, also i looks like  the system is freezed. I also tried to boot from the live system,

this works without problem and i started the graphic installer. I go through the wizard but on installation also this installer stuck on 99% and also the system freeze.

I started the live system with a ssh session to tail the system install logfile. Intresting is that i can still exit the tail in the current ssh session but can't open any new

session's or make a dmesg or ls, the session also freeze then.

root@solaris:~# tail -f /system/volatile/install_log

Some information about the system:

1x Intel R2224WTTYS with S2600WTT mainboard

1x RMS25JB080 (intel integrated raid module)

1x RES3FV2888 (intel raid expander)

8x8GB Memory DDR4 2133 ECC

1x  Intel Xeon E5-2640 v3

12x Seagate SAS 1TB

12x Seagate SAS 500GB

2x Intel SSD 256 GB

I also made a test with an openindiana solaris installation on this system, all works as expected, but we had some older 11.1 solaris servers and zfs send and zfs receive doesn't work between oracle solaris and openindiana, this is no option as temporary or emergency solution.

Is their a possibility to enable more debug output in logfile output or direct display during installation?

Greetings

Roger
