Stuck in "Status Pending" State

After restarting agents on 2 of my application servers, they are stuck in the "Status Pending" state in OEM. However, they are both shown as up and running when viewing from the local ascontrol. An "emctl status agent" shows both agents as ready and running. An "opmctl status" says all the components are alive. Both agents are uploading files to OMS correctly.

Both servers are AIX 5.3 and the agent version is 10.2.0.3.0. Thanks in advance for the help.
