Stuck at the Grub Prompt

Please Help a real noooob.

I've just had some shell scripting training this week. (Lucky me!)

Im now trying to to install Solaris 10 in VMware so I can practice my new found skills. I have booted from the CD and end up at a GRUB prompt. From there I'm stuck. I tried looking on the net but all I can find is things saying grub should load a menu and to pick solaris (default) from there.
