Java EE (Java Enterprise Edition) General Discussion

Can someone explain and/or provide a tiny code snippet demonstrating how I can implement this solution?
I read about this Struts pattern for blocking multiple form submissions but have not found a clear explanation as to how it is actually implemented. Struts has built-in support for this apparently.
