strings iwth apostrophe s

Hi ,

I have pasted the insert statement with the 2nd column holds string of values with apostrophe s .
what's the syntax to include apostrophe s.

INSERT INTO tmg_cls_sys_for_veh_cls_code VALUES ('13','FHWA's standard 13 class system');
